Mr. Kreismann has mediated employment disputes involving claims of employment discrimination or breach of employment contracts; claims involving allegations of harassment or discrimination-based age, race, gender, national origin religion or other protected categories. He has also mediated numerous class and collective actions raising wage and hour issues involving federal and state labor laws.
