Ronald Kreismann

With a strong focus on alternative dispute resolution, Ronald Kreismann specializes in mediation and arbitration, providing expert guidance to employers across various industries, including cultural institutions, maritime, financial services, real estate, and hospitality.

Mr. Kreismann serves as a panel arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s employment law panel and labor panel and is also part of the AAA’s mediation panel. He has also served as a contract arbitrator dealing with labor disputes in the hospitality and maritime industries. His extensive experience includes representing management and labor acting as chief spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in Federal and State Court litigation and proceedings before administrative agencies. Additionally, he has advised clients, both management and labor unions on a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour issues and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

Recognized for his expertise and dedication, Mr. Kreismann has been rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named to Best Lawyers in America (2013-2024), Super Lawyers (2015-2022), and Lawyers of Distinction (2024&2025).
