Ronald Kreismann is an established and experienced arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s Employment Law Panel for over twenty years and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Labor Panel and has been appointed to serve as arbitrator in cases involving claims of discrimination based on race, gender, age, and disability under federal and state laws and wage and hour disputes on an individual, class and collective basis under State and Federal Labor Laws. Mr Kreismann’s extensive arbitration experience includes servng as a named contract arbitrator in the hospitality and maritime industries rendering decisions on issues such as employment termination and employee discipline, disputes regarding compensation and benefits and other issues involving the interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement.

During the course of his more than forty years as a lawyer specializing in labor and employment law, Mr. Kreismann has represented both labor unions and management in. more than 200 arbitrations before contract arbitrators in the Hotel Industry in the City of New York involving contract interpretation issues as well as issues involving employment termination and employee discipline. He has litigated a wide variety on cases involving labor and employment issues before federal and state courts and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and before various Federal and State Adminstrative agencies .

Mr Kreismann has notable class action experience as a lawyer in large FLSA class actions in state court actions which have gone through hearings and extensive litigation and appellate proceedings in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania among other states. His arbitration experience as Arbitrator and litigator cuts across a diverse range of industries, including cultural institutions, maritime, financial services, real estate, health care and hospitality .

Mr. Kreismann’s vast arbitration experience has resulted in his decision to structure his arbitrations with a view towards providing the parties with a cost effective arbitration addressing the issues raised.. He conducts his hearings either in person or in virtual Zoom proceedings.
